Our four Departments are Maintenance, Electrical Services, Construction, and Facilities Services. Incorporated in these Departments are services such as proactive and preventative maintenance, A-grade cleaning, major projects, interior design, fit-outs, and project management.

Our philosophy of being the best and not the biggest drives all that we do. We don’t just say we are client-focussed; we structure all we do around client satisfaction and safety. For every client account, a dedicated Account Manager is nominated, providing one point of contact for all client needs. No job is too big, or too small. Some companies manage either/or. We manage both.

We use live dashboards with regular alerts to track all critical client requirements, such as client KPIs that must be met in project delivery. Our software platforms such as Simpro, Procore, 1breadcrumb, and SafetyCuture’s iAuditor underpin our efficiency, productivity, safety, and transparency.

Safety in service delivery is our number one priority, together with successful client outcomes – which are driven by high safety standards. Our procedures and policies help keep us accountable, and we regularly consult with our employees and other stakeholders to keep the safety initiatives flowing. Safety alerts and toolbox talks are some of the tools we offer. And we are a licenced builder and ISO certified for 9001, 14001, 45001.

We prioritise jobs base on their urgency, followed by the order in which they were received. Our service centre is open 24/7 so it is rare that we don’t respond in a timely manner.
